Talk to an AI avatar — by text, by voice, or face to face
An avatar is an AI character with a face, a voice, a persona and knowledge of its own. People talk to it in the SummonMind app: they type, send a voice message, or start a live video call.
Avatars are not included in a workspace you create on this site. Access starts with a demo: our team sets it up for you.
Access starts with a demo
Avatars are not part of an agent workspace, and the SummonMind app has no public sign-up yet. Book a demo and our team sets up your access.
- 1
Book a demo
Tell us who would talk to the avatar and what it should know. A SummonMind workspace from this site does not include avatars, so this is where access starts.
- 2
See it working
We show you the SummonMind app and an avatar answering your kind of question — and tell you honestly whether an avatar or an agent fits.
- 3
Get your access
If it fits, our team sets the avatar up and gives you access to the SummonMind app, where you start a chat by text, voice or video.
A character people can actually talk to
Each avatar is set up with a name, a face, a category, a persona and a greeting, and with how long and how firm its answers should be. It can answer from documents loaded into its own knowledge base. People find it in the app, talk to it in whichever way suits them, and come back to earlier conversations.
- Text chat, voice messages and a live video call, all from the same chat.
- Answers drawn from the documents loaded into that avatar.
- Each conversation keeps its own context; earlier chats can be reopened.
- Group discussions with several avatars at once, in Community.
What it does for the people who use it
Each benefit below is a real part of the SummonMind app or of how an avatar is set up.
Face to face, not just text
Start a live video call from a chat and talk to the avatar the way you would to a person across a table.
In the product: Live video call in the chat screen, with the avatar's own look and voice.
Speak instead of typing
Send a voice message in the language you think in. The app works out which language it is.
In the product: Voice messages in English, Hindi and nine other Indian languages, detected automatically.
Knows what it has been taught
An avatar can answer from documents loaded into it, so a subject avatar talks about its subject rather than about everything.
In the product: A knowledge base of PDF documents per avatar, which its chat answers draw on.
A persona with clear limits
Each avatar has a defined character: how it greets people, how long its answers run and how firmly it speaks.
In the product: Persona, greeting, response length (short, medium or detailed), authority level and safety instructions, set per avatar.
Several avatars in one discussion
Bring more than one avatar into the same conversation and hear different points of view side by side.
In the product: Community — choose a category and several avatars, then hold a group discussion by text or voice.
Easy to find the right one
Browse by category, get suggestions based on what you said you are interested in, and jump into a chat from a reel.
In the product: Discover with categories and a “For you” row, a Feed of short reels linked to avatars, and ratings after a chat.
From a new avatar to a conversation
Our team does the setting up; the people who use the avatar only need the app.

How it sits next to the other products
Avatars run in the SummonMind app, apart from your agent workspace. Here is what that means in practice.
- Agent BuilderSame idea, different job. Both answer from knowledge loaded into them, but an agent serves your customers on your website and WhatsApp and follows the workflow you design, while an avatar is a character people talk to in the app.
- CRMAvatar conversations are not turned into leads. If you need every enquiry captured, assigned and followed up, that is an agent with a Lead Capture step, feeding the CRM.
Questions we hear first
Still unsure? Send us a message and we will answer the same day.
How do I get access to AI Avatar?
Book a demo. Avatars are used in the SummonMind app, not in the agent workspace you create on this site, and the app has no public sign-up yet — our team shows it to you and sets up your access.
Can I create my own avatar?
Not yourself, today. Avatars are created by the SummonMind team, who set the persona and load the knowledge. Tell us what you would like an avatar for and we will tell you whether it fits.
Can I put an avatar on my website or WhatsApp?
No. Avatars are used in the SummonMind app. To answer your customers on your website and WhatsApp, build an agent with the Agent Builder.
Which languages does it understand?
Voice messages are understood in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu — the language is detected as you speak. Text chat follows English, Hindi or Hinglish as you write it.
Does it remember me?
Within a conversation, yes: it keeps the thread and a running summary of it. A new chat starts fresh, and earlier chats stay in your history to reopen.
How is it paid for?
With credits. People buy a credit plan inside the SummonMind app, and conversations draw on it.
Tell us what your avatar should do
Who would talk to it, and what should it know? We will show you the app, and tell you honestly whether an avatar is the right fit — or whether an agent is.
