Every enquiry becomes a lead someone is working on
Leads from your AI agent, your web forms, imports and webhooks land in one list. They are scored, checked for duplicates and handed to the right person by your rules — then followed up by email and WhatsApp drips while your team works the ones that are ready.
One list for every enquiry, and rules for what happens next
The CRM is where the conversations your agent and your forms start turn into work: who owns the lead, what was said, when to call again and whether it was won. Everything that happens to a lead stays on its timeline.
- Distribution rules can give every new lead an owner the moment it arrives.
- A score with its reasons, so the team can see which leads are warming up.
- Notes, dispositions, drip steps, quotations and bookings on one timeline per lead.
- Reports that show conversion, response time and overdue follow-ups, per person and per campaign.
What you get, and where it lives in the product
Each benefit below is a real screen or setting you can open after signing up.
Every source, one list
Enquiries from your agent, your website forms, a spreadsheet or another tool all arrive in the same place, with where they came from recorded on each one.
In the product: Lead sources Form, Bot, Import, Webhook, API and Manual; a hosted or embedded public form per campaign; CSV and Excel import with column mapping.
The right owner, without anyone deciding
New leads go to the right person the moment they arrive — by turn, by the rules you set, or back to whoever handled that customer before.
In the product: Campaign → Distribute: a named person, round robin or sticky owner, priority rules with conditions, and a fallback owner. Manual and bulk assign too.
Follow-up that runs on its own
Sequences keep in touch while your team works on today's calls, and stop when the lead reaches the stage you choose.
In the product: Drips — email, WhatsApp template and task steps with delays in minutes, hours or days; started on arrival, on a disposition or by hand.
Know which leads to work first
Each lead carries a score with the reasons behind it, and duplicates are caught before two people call the same customer.
In the product: Lead score with Hot, Warm and Fresh labels and a “Why this score” breakdown; duplicate checks on phone or email, per campaign or across the organization.
Shaped to how you sell
Collect the details your business needs, move leads through your own stages, and give each person the access their role needs.
In the product: Custom fields (text, number, date, dropdown, multiple choice, yes/no, link), an editable two-level disposition tree, and manager, agent and viewer roles per campaign.
Numbers your team can act on
See what came in, what converted, how fast your team responded and which follow-ups are late — and have it emailed on a schedule.
In the product: Reports by source, disposition, team member and campaign, with first-response time and overdue follow-ups; scheduled reports as PDF or CSV.

Your team updates dispositions and follow-ups from saved views; reports show conversion, response times and what is overdue.

Where the leads come from
The CRM works on its own, and your agent can feed it directly.
- Agent BuilderAdd a Lead Capture step to an agent's workflow and every lead it collects on your website or WhatsApp lands here with the source “Bot”. Staff can also ask for CRM reports in plain language, in English, Hindi or Hinglish.
- AI AvatarAvatar conversations stay in the SummonMind app and are not turned into leads. For enquiries you want captured and followed up, put an agent with a Lead Capture step in front of your customers.
Questions we hear first
Still unsure? Send us a message and we will answer the same day.
Can I bring in the leads I already have?
Yes. Import a CSV or Excel file and map its columns to your fields — up to 10,000 rows per file. You can export to CSV or Excel at any time, up to 50,000 rows at once.
Does it connect to my ad forms or lead portals?
There is no built-in connector for a specific portal. Each campaign has its own webhook address that accepts JSON or form posts, so any tool or form that can send a webhook can deliver leads into it. Outgoing webhooks, signed so you can verify them, send lead events to your other systems.
Can a salesperson see only their own leads?
Yes. In each campaign a member is a manager (every lead in the campaign), an agent (only their own leads) or a viewer (read-only). An agent's reports cover only their own leads as well.
Is there a pipeline board?
Leads are worked from a table with Open, Won, Lost and Closed tabs and a disposition tree you define — New, Contacted, Interested, Quotation sent, Won and so on by default. There is no drag-and-drop board.
How does WhatsApp follow-up work?
A drip step can send an approved WhatsApp template; other steps send email or create a task. A drip can be switched on once its sending channel is connected and verified, and every lead can opt out of drip emails or drip WhatsApp messages.
