Build the agent your customers talk to, one step at a time
Train it on your documents, your website and your FAQs. Lay out what it does on a visual canvas — answer, ask, quote, book, capture the lead, bring in a person. Test it in the builder, then publish it to your website with one script tag, and to WhatsApp.
The chat bubble in the corner of this page is an agent published from the Agent Builder.
From your knowledge to a working agent, in one place
The Agent Builder is where an agent is trained, designed, tested and published. The result answers your customers from your own content and carries the conversation through to something your team can use — a lead, a quotation, a booking or a handover.
- Answers grounded in your documents, website, Q&A pairs and videos — not in what a general model guessed.
- Quotations from a plain-language request, in English, Hindi or Hinglish, priced from your catalogue.
- Appointments offered as real free slots, by service and staff member.
- A clean handover to your team, with the transcript, whenever the agent should not decide alone.
What you get, and where it lives in the product
Each benefit below is a real screen or step you can open after signing up.
Answers only from what you taught it
The agent answers when your own content covers the question. When nothing matches closely enough, it says it could not confirm that and offers your menu instead of guessing.
In the product: Train Agent — PDF, Word, text and Markdown files (scanned PDFs are read), typed text, website links, Q&A pairs and YouTube captions, with a Test Retrieval check.
You decide what it does, step by step
Lay the conversation out on a canvas: what to ask, which menu to show, when to look something up, when to stop. No scripts, no code.
In the product: The workflow canvas and its Node Library — Message, Menu, User Input, Condition, Intent Detection, Knowledge Base, AI Response, API Tool, Database Query and more.
Conversations that end in business
The agent can take a lead, write a quotation from a plain-language request, and book a slot that is really free — inside the chat.
In the product: Lead Capture, Quotation Builder and Book Appointment steps. Quotations go out as a signed PDF link; bookings get email and WhatsApp reminders.
A person steps in when it matters
When the workflow says so, or the customer asks for a person, the agent pauses and your team picks up with the whole conversation in front of them.
In the product: Human Handoff step, the Handoff Inbox (accept, reply live, resolve) and alerts in the app, by email, SMS, WhatsApp or push.
Where your customers already are
One agent on your website and on WhatsApp, replying in English, Hindi or Hinglish as each message is written — and listening when customers would rather speak.
In the product: Website widget from one script tag (your name, logo, colours, welcome message, allowed websites), WhatsApp from Integrations, and a mic button for voice.
Start fast, then see what it did
Begin from a template made for your industry, test it before anyone else sees it, and read back every action the agent took and why.
In the product: Agent templates (“For your industry”), the Test Agent chat, Conversations, Agent activity with its reasoning, and ratings from the Rating step.

What the agent hands on
The agent is where conversations start. Here is where they go next.
- CRMEvery lead the Lead Capture step collects — on your website or WhatsApp — arrives in the CRM with the source “Bot”, then is de-duplicated, scored, assigned and followed up like any other lead.
- Niyati AINiyati is the agent you build here. Its page shows what it does for your customers once it is published.
- AI AvatarA different job: avatars are characters people talk to in the SummonMind app. They also answer from knowledge loaded into them, but they do not run an agent's workflow.
Questions we hear first
Still unsure? Send us a message and we will answer the same day.
Do I need a developer?
Not to build and publish. The workflow is drag-and-drop and the website widget is one script tag you paste into your site. Connecting your own API or database from a workflow step is easier with someone who knows those systems.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It answers only when your content matches the question closely enough. When nothing does, it says it could not confirm that and offers the options from your menu — or hands the conversation to a person, if your workflow says so.
Which files can I train it on?
PDF, Word (DOCX), plain text and Markdown files — scanned PDFs are read too — plus website links, question-and-answer pairs and YouTube videos with captions. Spreadsheets are not used as knowledge; products and prices go into the product catalogue.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes, once WhatsApp is connected from the Integrations page. Menus become WhatsApp buttons or lists, quotations arrive as PDF documents and voice notes are transcribed. When a person takes over a conversation, their live replies go through the website chat, not WhatsApp.
Can the agent make or take phone calls?
No. Voice works in the website chat through the mic button: customers speak, and the agent can answer out loud. There is no phone calling.
