What you need first
- Permission to manage billing — the workspace owner has it.

How plans work#
A plan is a set of modules — agents, CRM, appointments, quotations, handoff, the website analyzer and so on — each with its limits. You pay monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly; longer cycles carry a discount, and GST is added at checkout. The current plans are on the pricing page.
Good to know: There is no free trial. A workspace without an active plan shows only the plan screen — nothing is deleted while you decide.
Your plan page#
Open Plan (under Transactions). Plan & billing has three tabs:
- My plan
- Your plan and the days left, Renew now, Change plan, your add-ons, a usage bar for each limit, and the modules you have, with Compare plans.
- Plans
- Every plan you can choose, by billing cycle, with Choose plan or Change to this plan. A plan made for your business shows For you.
- Invoices
- What you have paid: date, description, how it was paid, GST, total and status.
Limits and add-ons#
These limits stop an action when they are reached, with a message telling you how many your plan allows: team members, agents, knowledge sources, products, handoff requests a month and website analyses a month.
Step 1: Open My plan and find the limit's usage bar
Step 2: Press Add more
Say How many, and whether to Keep on renewal? — or leave it for this period only.
Step 3: Pay for it
The price covers the days left in your current period.
Good to know: Leads, bookable staff and storage are counted and shown on your usage bars, but they do not stop you working. There is no cap on messages or conversations.
Renew or change plan#
- Renew now pays for the next period. It starts when the current one ends, so renewing early loses nothing.
- Change plan moves you to another plan now; you are credited for the unused days of the current one.
- At checkout, a Coupon code goes in Have a code? → Apply.
Good to know: Plans do not renew automatically — renew from this page before the end date. If a plan runs out, the panel shows Your plan has ended until you renew; your data stays as it was.
Payments and billing details#
- History (under Transactions) lists every plan and add-on payment — successful, failed or pending — with its payment and order IDs, dates and the gateway used.
- Your GSTIN and billing address are kept under Settings → Profile → Billing Information.
Good to know: Invoice PDFs and emailed receipts for your plan are not produced yet, and a plan cannot be cancelled from the panel — contact us for either.
