What you need first
- The Website analyzer module on your plan.
- The address of a public website.
Run an analysis#
Step 1: Open Website-Analyzer
Type the address into Analyze your website and press Analyze.
Step 2: Choose the topics
Select Analysis Topics lists 14 — from the executive summary and scores to SEO, content and a 90-day plan. Select All Topics takes them all.
Step 3: Say where your competitors are
When you pick competitors, competitive gaps or SWOT, choose Local (a city or area), National or International.
Step 4: Press Start Analysis
A run takes about two to three minutes; you can leave the page and come back to it under Recent Analyses.
Good to know: The same address analysed in the last 24 hours opens that report instead of starting a new one.
Read the report#
The report shows the topics you chose, each in its own section — Executive Summary is open first. Among them:
- Website Scores — positioning, conversion, trust, content, SEO and acquisition, each with the reason behind it.
- Competitors Analysis and Competitive Gaps — who you are compared with, and what they do that you do not.
- Sales, advertising, SEO, content and conversion strategies, a SWOT Analysis and Priority Actions.
- 90-Day Growth Roadmap — three 30-day phases with actions, expected outcomes and signs of success.
- Important Assumptions & Research Limitations — what the analysis could not check.
Good to know: Reports live in the panel. There is no PDF download or share link, and nothing is emailed.
The SEO keyword plan#
Choosing the SEO topic adds SEO Keyword Plan & Page Fixes:
- Keywords to target — each with the searcher's intent, the page it belongs on, its priority, why it was chosen and where to put it: title tag, meta description, H1, first paragraph, image alt text and internal links.
- Title & description rewrites for your pages.
- Page fixes found by checking the pages themselves — missing or duplicate titles and descriptions, H1 problems, canonicals, orphan pages, robots.txt and more.
- Local SEO (when your site shows a location) and content ideas.
Good to know: Search volumes, keyword difficulty and rankings are not measured — the plan says so. Use Google Search Console or Keyword Planner for those numbers.
Competitors#
Competitors are found by searching your market, not typed in. Each card shows the competitor's website and location, how relevant it is and why, their strengths and weaknesses, and your advantage and theirs.
Find more competitors runs another search and adds only new ones — up to 5 extra searches per analysis.
Depends on your plan: A Find more competitors search that adds competitors uses one analysis from your monthly allowance. Compare plans.
Your monthly analyses#
Analyses Left shows how many you have used this month and when the count resets. A failed analysis does not count.
Depends on your plan: The number of analyses a month depends on your plan; add-on packs add more. When you run out, Quota Exhausted offers Buy Add-on and Upgrade Plan. Compare plans.
Tip: Visitors can paste an address on the public Website Analyzer page; it is carried through sign-up and waiting in the analyzer once they are in.
