What you need first
- A work email address you can open now — the verification code is sent there.
- A phone number for the business.
- Your GSTIN and billing address if you want them on your bills (you can add them later).

Create your account#
Step 1: Open the sign-up page
Press Get started at the top of this site, or go to /signup. The page is called Create your account.
Step 2: Fill in your details
Then press Create account.
- Company name — the name your customers know you by. Your agent greets people with it.
- Work email — this becomes your sign-in.
- Phone number — 10 to 15 digits.
- Password — at least 8 characters, with a letter and a number.
Step 3: Verify your email
Type the 6-digit Verification code from your inbox and press Verify email. The code is valid for 5 minutes; Resend code sends a new one after a minute. Once verified you are signed in.
Good to know: Sign-in is by email and password. There is no Google sign-in or single sign-on.
Set up your workspace#
The first time you sign in, a short setup opens on top of the panel (Step 1 of 5). Your answers decide the starter setup your workspace gets — including the agent built for your kind of business — so they are worth a minute.
Step 1: Your organisation
Your company name, whether this is a company or just you, who looks after the account, and a phone number.
Step 2: What your business does
Pick the card closest to your business (for example Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality, Real estate or Professional services), your team size, and anything else worth knowing.
Step 3: Where you work from
City, state, time zone, and the language your agent should reply in.
Step 4: What you want to automate
Choose any of: answer customer questions, qualify incoming leads, book appointments, send quotations, sell and follow up, track orders, or something else.
Step 5: Billing details
GSTIN and billing address — both optional. Press Finish setup.
Tip: Any step can wait: Skip for now moves on and the question is offered again later. GSTIN and the billing address can also be added any time under Settings → Profile → Billing Information.
Choose a plan#
There is no free trial: the panel opens once the workspace has a plan. Until then you see Choose a plan to switch on your workspace in place of the panel. Signing up and the setup above cost nothing.
Step 1: Pick a billing cycle
Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly or Yearly — longer cycles show their discount. Prices are shown before GST.
Step 2: Press Choose plan on the plan you want
Each plan lists the modules and limits it includes. The full comparison is on the pricing page.
Step 3: Pay
Check the lines and the GST, add a Coupon if you have one and press Apply, choose how to pay under Pay with, and press Pay.
Good to know: Only the workspace owner (or someone whose role can manage billing) can choose the plan. Everyone else sees Your organization admin has to choose the plan.
When the payment goes through, the panel opens. If you picked a business type during setup, a starter agent for that kind of business is waiting on Agents — a good place to begin.
Find your way around the panel#
Everything happens in the organization panel. The sidebar is grouped like this — you only see the parts your plan and your role include:
- Dashboard and Agents
- Conversation and handoff totals at a glance, and your agents — where you train them, build their workflows, test and publish.
- Overview
- Ask Agent, Conversations, Handoff Requests, Handoff Inbox and Website-Analyzer.
- Sales
- Products, Clients, Documents (quotations, proposals, invoices) and Document settings.
- Schedule
- Calendar, Appointments, Services, Staff & hours and Booking settings.
- CRM
- Leads, Campaigns, Drips, Reports, Scheduled reports and CRM Settings.
- Teams and Transactions
- Pools and Add Member; your Plan and payment History.
- At the bottom
- Integrations (WhatsApp and other connections) and Settings (your profile, roles and permissions, and an activity log).
Depends on your plan: A menu item with a lock is a module your plan does not include — hovering it says Not in your plan — upgrade to use it, and pressing it opens your plan page. Compare plans.
What to do next#
- Build your first agent — teach it your business and test it.
- Put the agent on your website — one script tag.
- Add your team — members, roles and pools.
